During the 2026 school year, I got the amazing opportunity to design our drivers’ custom race suits for our upcoming competition in Michigan. This project not only gave the team and our sponsors a large amount of exposure, but it also helped us stand out from other teams at the competition.
I designed both the actual race suits as well as the fireproofs that our drivers wear under their suits. I learned something new from start to finish during this project from vectorizing logos, contacting sponsors, and working with Impact Racing’s amazing graphic design team.
I hope that in the future my design will bring in new sponsors for our team long after I have left it, and that these suits are able to convey the true spirit of the 12th man. Being able to show a sense of camaraderie throughout our team through my merch designs has always been very important to me, and getting to see our drivers stand side by side while proudly repping the Aggie 12 and all of our incredible sponsors gave me a strong sense of accomplishment.
